30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unburned (for candles), and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used or burned candles.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental drops.
- Products showing signs of wear after delivery.
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect product was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us within the specified timeframe.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
